OPAGS Invites you to attend the... Billing and Reimbursement Virtual Workshop!

DATE: Saturday, August 15, 2020
TIME: 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.

This is a FREE event that does NOT offer CE.

Let’s be honest, financial reimbursement and insurance coverage are important aspect of providing psychological services. Despite this fact, graduate courses spend very little time covering these important topics.  Please consider joining our virtual workshop, featuring clinical psychologist Dr. Jim Broyles, for a discussion on billing practices and insurance reimbursement. This is meant to be an introductory/crash course on billing practices for psychology graduate students. Take this opportunity to learn and ask questions!

Jim Broyles, PhD has been a psychologist in private practice since 1990. Dr. Broyles received his doctorate from The Ohio State University and is a Past President of the OPA. Currently, he is the Director of Professional Affairs for OPA as well as a member of several committees. He specializes in working with children, families, and individual adults on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, couples/relationship issues, family conflict, parenting challenges, and divorce issues. Dr. Broyles also specializes in practicing hypnotherapy; a tool used in helping individuals release past traumas, move past longstanding negative patterns, and overcome negative habits.

Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Instructions on how to join this virtual workshop will be emailed to you several days prior to the event.

We highly recommend, if possible, that you sign-on to the assembly with either your computer, tablet or smartphone; so that, you can be seen as well as see both the presenter, other participants. This is not required, and you are welcome to call in on a phone as well.
