Incept has been awarded the 2017 Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award by the Ohio Psychological Association (OPA). Incept was recognized for this honor because of their commitment to programs and policies that enhance the quality of the work environment for its employees in the areas of employee involvement, work-life balance, employee growth and development, health and safety, and, employee recognition. Incept also won this award in 2013.

“This type of recognition is the kind that means to most to me,” CEO, Sam Falletta, states. “Nothing is sweeter than knowing that our efforts to build a workplace devoted to employee engagement and psychological well-being is making a difference in lives of Incept employees.”

The selection for this award was based on a comprehensive application, employee surveys, and an on-site visit and interview with the staff of the OPA.
