As the end of the biennium on August 31, 2020 nears, the MCE office is busier than ever. Help us speed-up the renewal process by doing the following:
Make sure your name and license number are written on each certificate you submit. Click here to view instructions on how to submit your hours.
If you took NON-approved courses, wrote an article or book, taught a grad course, you must complete the Single Course Review form by answering ALL of the questions and attaching ALL of the requested documentation. This form is ONLY for non-APA approved courses.
Be patient, the fax line is very busy right now as is the MCE office. It can take up to two weeks for us to complete your data entry at this time in the biennium.
Send in certificates as soon as you earn them.
When you’ve met your requirements, we will report your hours to the State Board. We report them to the Board the same day we send the Final Transcript to you.
Before you call the office to ask if we’ve received your fax, please check your transcript online… remember it can take up to two weeks for your submissions to be reflected on your transcript.
Go to the Green Bar at the top of the page, click on OPA-MCE Log-in
Enter your license number and pin to see your transcript.
If hours you’ve sent in recently are not up yet, please wait a few days as we are entering them in the order in which they arrive. Responding to emails and calls asking if we’ve received your certificates takes time away from actually getting them entered. With minimal interruptions, we will be able to enter your certificates much quicker and assist you in maintaining your license.
